Samantha Rathling

Samantha Rathling, is an inspirational and dynamic entrepreneur, who has built her business by building relationships and learning the art of networking. Considered an expert in word of mouth marketing, Samantha now speaks on the topic internationally, sharing her BNI story which has motivated and inspired many members to follow in her footsteps.

Since joining BNI in 2005, Samantha has taken her recruitment business, Expect Talent, from start-up in a home office, to become the fastest growing recruitment company in Ireland. With sales in excess of €1.8million in 2010, Samantha now employs 10 permanent staff, and over 300 contract staff annually. When she arrived in Ireland 6 years ago she knew one person – her husband!

Samantha’s BNI career began in 2007 when she became a BNI Assistant Director. Today, she is a key member of the BNI European Director Training Team and her current role as Area Director for Professional Development in Ireland South & West, sees her responsible for the training division across 1100 BNI members.
